  I’d like to give big thanks to manager Tyreek in assisting me with removing a heavy cabinet from a shelf , loading it on the cart and then himself and another employee Patrick VP helped load said item into my vehicle . Seeing them help me was like seeing a unicorn, most people employed are lazy and don’t offer or want to help anyone. These 2 gentleman I rate 5 stars and are an asset to Lowe’s , it would be nice to promote them to the next title . I shop very frequent and 90 percent nobody wants to be bothered . This is what great leadership looks like. God bless

  Lowe’s and nearby Home Depot are like Ali and Frazier in their boxing heydays. They are the obvious 1-2 punch, BUT they tend to slip-flop (not a typical) when they get too comfortable. My Lowe’s seems to be in slip mode. This is the second time in recent history that I had to go to their competitor because of a lack of inventory or no longer carrying long-trusted often purchased items. Not terrible, but not great either.

  We had a very subpar experience with the Lowe’s kitchen department, specifically working with Kesha, “the kitchen designer”. From the start, communication was significantly lacking. Keisha arrived 15 minutes late to our first meeting, which unfortunately set the tone for the rest of the experience. We paid $75 for kitchen measurements, with the clear understanding that we would receive those measurements once completed. When we later requested them, Keisha refused to provide the measurements, which felt deceptive and unacceptable especially after paying for the service. Communication only deteriorated from there. I’ve sent two follow-up emails and have not heard back in over a week. For a major home renovation like a kitchen remodel, a simple response within 48–72 hours is more than reasonable. Silence for over a week is not. Additionally, we were told that we would not be able to see any designs or visual examples of what our kitchen would look like - even after explicitly requesting a quote for Lowe’s to complete the remodel. As first-time homeowners preparing to make a significant financial investment, this lack of transparency and support was extremely frustrating. Ultimately, the overall experience felt transactional, unorganized, and lacking basic customer service. Because of this, we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. If you’re looking for kitchen design services, I would strongly recommend going with a local kitchen designer rather than a big-box store. A local designer is far more attentive and will actually walk you through the process from start to finish. Very disappointing experience.
