From the guys trying to sell me solar panels to the young woman who helped me find polish, they all were very courteous and just plain nice to chat with. Super helpful. My daughter and I are building a powder puff race car (Girl Scout equivalent of Pine Wood Derby) and they were super helpful finding some unique parts

The company that Lowes hired to have my flooring installation was great, but Lowes themselves are not the best. 1st the woman on the phone that signed me up for the financing said she would do it for 24 months and they only did it for 12 months. When I called an emailed I did not receive any responses regarding the financing, where now I'm paying for the flooring for 12 months financing. I'm supposed to get a significant refund for my flooring and it's been over a month and I still haven't heard back. When I went to the store the manager which I had to wait on for 1/2 hour to come to customer service said they don't have a check for me. This store has THE worst service when it comes to big projects. I wouldn't recommend using this Lowes for big projects.

Stay away from CRST Home Solutions, Lowe's installation services! I contracted this work through Lowe's, and it has been a complete nightmare with CRST Home Solutions (ironically named – there was no "solution" here).
The installers never showed up for the original appointment.
They rescheduled for the next day but pushed it out two weeks later – and again, no one showed up.
After that, zero communication from them about how (or if) they planned to resolve it.
I called the following day and waited over 30 minutes on hold just to speak to someone. They rescheduled yet again, but there's no guarantee the work will ever get done.
I've now wasted multiple days waiting, with no reliable service in sight. I'll update this review if the job is ever completed (doubtful at this point).
It's a real shame that Lowe's is damaging its reputation by partnering with unreliable and underqualified contractors like CRST Home Solutions. Many other customers report similar issues – repeated no-shows, poor communication, and endless delays. Save yourself the headache and hire a local independent contractor instead.
