  Terrible company. Spent a lot of money. Was told within 10 days we would get our order. No one returns calls. I saw one of their vans pulled over by State Police on Cross westchester Monday and ot reminded me to call them. Lady was rude and unprofessional. Said my blinds just was going to production. Was told that 10 days ago. I told them to cancel the order. She said she could not because it went to production. I am calling BBB and Attorney Generals office. I am calling the bank and disputing charge. For the money we spent, to be lied to and ignored is not what I expected.

  Shelton was an extremely professional and reliable engineer. He was very accommodating with scheduling even with the recent epic snow storm. I would highly recommend his services.

  I had a great experience with Lou at Blinds to Go. The process was smooth and professional. Lou was knowledgeable, patient, and focused on helping me find the best solution. He took time to explain options and measurements which made me feel confident with the final decision. I would highly recommend Blinds to Go and especially Lou for great customer service.
