  I recently visited Blinds to Go and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. The store was clean, well-organized, and the checkout process was smooth and efficient. I really appreciated how knowledgeable the employees were and how they made me feel valued as a customer. The measurement and Installation was perfect. I recommend Blinds to Go to anyone looking for great products and outstanding customer service.

  Working with Lourans was the highlight of my entire remodeling project. He went far beyond the role of a salesperson, stepping in as a true personal interior designer who understood exactly what I needed. His professionalism, courtesy, and deep knowledge of products, materials, and functionality made the whole experience effortless. If only every contractor I worked with brought that same level of expertise and ease — it would make a world of difference. Thank you, Blinds to Go! I’ll definitely be back!

  I drove down from Albany, nearest Blinds To Go, so glad I did. I needed to order 10 new shades for my house. My sales person was Sam, he was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. His costumers service was professional. I will be driving down again when I need to order more shades for the upstairs.

  Worst experience. My wife and I went to look at blinds for our new house at Blinds to Go in Nanuet. As we walked in we saw a lady and a gentleman who asked us what we were looking for. We said blinds. He asked 1, 2, 3 windows? I answered the whole house and he asked how many. I said about 15. He said the blinds are not on sale and walked away. The lady had already walked away. We were the only customers in the store. We looked at the different blinds which have NO PRICES and the whole time we were there neither the man or lady came over to help us. We got frustrated so we headed for the door and still nothing from either of them so we left. I will NEVER return to or conduct business with Blinds to Go that has this type of customer treatment. They had no interest in helping us.
