Their 73 dollar unit all of a sudden became a 239 dollar unit due to "market changes" meanwhile when I first got my unit they had so little units they had to change my unit size, but if I check now they have TONS of available units. When I asked about the rate change and not being notified of it they claimed they mailed me over a month ago. Yesterday I get it in the mail and its post marked October 20th. So they lied. Extraspace has been buying up all of the small self storage places in the area. They ARE the market. Do not store with them. It will cost you!
