The fee increases are ridiculous, but I have found that every storage company does the same thing - once you're in, they just keep raising and raising, probably hoping you won't be able to get out quickly and have no choice but to pay. But I've used several different Extra Space locations and Mike has been the most communicative and most helpful manager ever. I look forward to working with Mike again when I come back in the winter, and I would choose this location over others just cause Mike is here. đź‘Ť
