    While walking into Lowe’s, there was a manager’s cart with various clearance items missing pieces, boxes, etc. I noticed an echo string trimmer. The trimmer was missing the battery, charger, string, and other bits. I waited for about a half hour to speak with a manager about the price since it wasn’t tagged. An associate named JT was very timid and seemed like he didn’t want to get his manager involved. Don’t have JT work a customer service counter if he’s afraid to get the manager! He said the item is 50% off because its clearance with another 25% managers special. But he couldn’t ring it up or sell it. So he paged other workers to try and get the exact price. No response from everybody he reached out to including department managers and store managers. The ISM, Jesus, ended up coming up after about a half an hour, because another customer needed to speak with him and called someone she knew. Jesus said the trimmer was $120 more expensive than what JT said it was. He was not correct on that price. Claimed it was only 25% off missing battery, charger, box, manual, string, string guard. So I wasted a bunch of time and the manager couldn’t be bothered to even finish assisting me.

    I had an absolute amazing experience. NYALL was top notch in the carpet department and deserves and raise and promotion. I wasn't knowledgeable in what I was buying vs what i needed to be satisfied with my purchase and he guided me in a better direction with so much knowledge and professionalism. Most people would just sell me what I asked for instead of asking important questions. He even found me a deal on marked down carpet. What a great person this man is. Thank you brotha

    What a waste of a good location. If you know exactly where your item is and definitely don't need any help then go there. Other than that it's almost impossible to get any type of help here. The few staff they have are nice other than that I just go to Home Depot where I know I can go in and get out and if I need anything they have enough staff to help me with it

    You're a return policy sucks if I have an item like sand that you sell at this store and I don't have the receipt.You should give me store credit.I was going to buy a different kind of sand extremely disappointing.
