I need to find out what day & time it will be delivered since they changed the delivery date without telling me. I have to make arrangements to be there to accept & sign for the delivery. After finally getting past the AI assistant, AI indicated they would connect me with an associate. I was on hold over 10 minutes & still did not get to speak with an associate. I finally gave up. Shop elsewhere.

The store is also less crowded than Home Depot, so shopping feels a little calmer and less chaotic. That said, the prices are definitely more expensive, and it’s much harder to find a worker when you actually need help. Overall, it’s a solid store with good inventory, but the higher prices and limited staff keep it from being a full 5 stars for me

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
