- JJJaiNov 7, 20252.0In store some of the employees are attentive and nice, but others are unhelpful and short. The store often does not have basic items in stock like filters and hoses. They have no information when the items will be back in stock. They do not have on location residential pool services available like opening, cleanings and closures. They referred Absolutely Pools ((Tony and Aj) and they were dishonest and did not fulfill agreed upon services and increased the quoted price at end of serving. Attempts to reconcile were ignored. They never responded to texts or phone calls/messages. Do not recommend.

This is the reason brick and mortar stores are going out of business. Order what you need on Amazon and save yourself a trip.
