Real reviews are all that are left to give anyone a clue, with bots being used writing and posting reviews to make a product seem legit, makes it hard to know what you can trust, im pretty sure a review of LaZboy isn't gonna make or break THIS business, but for smaller companies/buisnesses reveiws can affect the very existence of a retailer.
