    Ariel is very knowledgeable very helpful. Very caring has a great personality for working at home store. She should definitely be promoted higher than a manager. Her customer service skills are very great. She's very polite and a customer very respectful. She has a lot of great gratitude. She has a lot of passion for working there on top. I rate her at 10 she should definitely be more like her and Door and her customer service skills are amazing. She should not go unnoticed and she does an excellent excellent job and she's very helpful with the customer and I had a great experience there for my first time and having her help us out was amazing.

    10.11.25 horrible experience at Middletown location with one employee named Ariel. Went with family to shop for fall decorations and to see new Christmas stuff. She followed us around and we felt uncomfortable whispering in the walkie talkie saying we might steal ?!. Not to mention she did it with another family as well. I found it discriminating because we are Hispanic and the other family was Hispanic as well. We drop everything and I complain about her to another cashier and I told her to be careful is not a friendly place.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
