We ended up purchasing the Bayside 4pc sectional because it was of good quality and that it was the ‘Bentley’ of couches due to the lifetime warranty on the couch frame and it being able to last about 15-20 years. In addition, the couch was everything we wanted with good reviews from the salesperson as well. We were also told that we can have the couch delivered on a specific day, as long as we call 3-4 days before the scheduled day. Fast forward to December 15th, we requested to have the couch delivered on Thursday, December 18th. They started preparing for the shipment. The next day on the 16th, we were notified through phone call that TWO of the couch pieces were damaged(they did not clarify how) but that they were still able to ship out the OTHER TWO pieces while they wait for replacements. We said okay because it’s better to have half a couch then no couch at this point. Then today, December 18th we received another call from the delivery person and he tells us that only ONE section( the armless loveseat) of the couch was shipped out and no one knows what happened to the second section that was supposed to accompany it. It is now a week away from Christmas and we are not sure if we will have furniture for our guests come Christmas Day. It’s just really sad that no one is answering the phone at this location and we’ve been calling since 12pm EST. It feels as though this company and their delivery people do not care about their customers once things are already paid for.
