  Kay at Raymour and Flanigan on Metropolitan Avenue was an absolute joy to work with. Her calm, welcoming demeanor instantly put me at ease, and I truly appreciated how open and engaging she was. She struck the perfect balance of being available without ever being pushy or rushing me, which made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. It is so refreshing to shop in a store where you can browse comfortably without pressure, and Kay made that possible. Honestly, I would come back just to work with her again. If you are furniture shopping, do yourself a favor and ask for Kay. She is wonderful.

  Upon entering the store I noticed how spacious, quiet, well scented, and clean it was. I immediately seen a gentleman begin to make his way towards me. He smiled, greeted me, and asked " my name is Reza and how can I help you today". I had did my research and knew what I wanted and once I told him he knew exactly where it was and even joked about the distance of the item, given how large the store is. He even made a fun comparison to a football field which was very believable lol. Reza showed me the item I wanted, told me about some feedback about it and once I decided I wanted it. Affording the item was a bit of a challenge but Reza worked with me and found a solution! Reza gave me his card, shook my hand, smiled, and welcomed me back anytime. The item was delivered later that week and it looks and feels great. I'll update with a pic. Thank you again for giving me the experience every customer of any business should have!

  This company is extremely disappointing. I ordered a bed at the end of December and was told by the sales representative that delivery would take two weeks. I was informed that the headboard and footboard were on backorder but would arrive by February 9. February 9 came and went — no headboard. When I called the store, the representative (Abby) told me she never promised a February 9 delivery date and said it would arrive “soon.” I remained patient. On February 20, I received a call saying the headboard and footboard had arrived — but they were damaged. I was then told the replacement wouldn’t arrive until April — four months after my original purchase date. When I spoke to the manager, the best they offered was a $500 discount. I declined and said I no longer wanted the bed. My “options” were either they pick everything up the next day (leaving me without a bed), or they would provide a temporary headboard while I waited until April. This level of service is unacceptable. Poor communication, broken promises, damaged products, and long delays — especially at their high prices — are not worth it. I would strongly recommend staying away.

  I've had best experience shopping at Raymour and Flanigan at Metropolitan not once but twice because of Auvi !!! We originally had gone there in August 2025 to buy a couch after getting very poor service at the Raymour on Queens Blvd. He answered all of my questions and was super patient with us. I knew I needed to go back to him this time around to buy my bedroom furniture. I knew what I wanted and Auvi did not push me in a different direction. He was super helpful and reminded me of the warranties, both with this purchase and my previous purchase. I highly recommend going to the Raymour and Flanigan in Metropolitan instead of any other one in Queens. Ask for Auvi !!!!

  I visited the Queens showroom and had a pleasant time. The selection of furniture is incredible...I was impressed as they truly have the SPACE. You will definitely fine something in there you like...there's so much to choose from. Also, Rabet Bishwokarma, my sales rep was incredibly helpful and kind. I like him because he was not interested in selling me the most expensive mattress, but the one that fit my needs. I appreciated that...he's a good guy...many sale reps can learn a thing from this young man. In short, visit the Queens showroom if you need some furniture...you won't regret it..and trust...I never write reviews this long so I really mean it.
