I have been a on time auto paying customer since 3/25. They continue to jack my rates up on an almost bi monthly basis. There intro rates are to get you in the door and bamboozle you into thinking they will stay that way. And since ppl will find it hard to move out, they hold you over a barrel to pay. Good ol bait and switch! Disgusting. My unit has increased by 30% in less then one year. Shame on Extra Space. Also your "Market Conditions" excuse is a terrible one at that being you have empty units and plenty of competition for less. Predatory practices! * I called your response number which only was an automated line. I had already prior spoke to management who lowered my rate by 20 bucks. Again, shameful.
