Do not go here if you want customer service. I had asked a gentlemen for assistance in getting a leaf blower and battery from a deal I saw within the Lowe's app. He said, this deal doesn't exist anymore. I said how can it be when it says I can pick it up at THIS location the same day I went. Anytime a new customer came to ask him a question, he went to the new customer and didn't finish who he was additionally trying to assist. This caused a queue of people to get larger and larger and nobody was getting their product that they needed. I asked a different gentlemen for assistance who was walking by and he said go talk to the guy who I was originally talking to since he is at that station that day I went. I talked to the original gentlemen, when he finally started to assist, he said the battery for this, we don't have. I said ok, I'm going to go to a different Lowe's. He said no, no other Lowe's will have this. After already being in the store for 45 minutes, I went to a different Lowe's. They had two people helping me, they finished with me before helping other people that was coming to them with questions and I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes.

I had an excellent experience with two Lowe’s delivery team members, Andres and Junior, who went above and beyond—twice.
During my washer and dryer installation, the water valves were extremely tight, but they took the time and effort to fix the issue and made sure everything worked perfectly.
Then this week, after getting the runaround from customer service about removing my old refrigerator, Andres called me the next morning and came through. They remembered us and took the old fridge without any hassle.
Professional, reliable, and truly helpful—Lowe’s is lucky to have Andres and Junior!

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
