Ordered online and the confirmation email sent to me said I could have curbside pick up. When going through to the next page there was no longer an option to do curbside pick up. I went inside to get my item from customer service and the associate assured me that someone would walk it out to my car. When the associate who was supposed to walk it out to my car got there he refused to deliver it to my car saying that it’s not the way I ordered the item.

Due to heavy snowfall, I stopped at your Lowe's parking lot at 112 Medford at 11 PM for a short time. A bald employee in his 40s, who was responsible for snow removal, used racist and offensive language towards me because I don't speak English. I believe this situation damages the reputation of a corporate company like Lowe's, and I'm sharing this here. I hope you understand that this employee has anger management issues and that his behavior harms your corporate image, and that you will take appropriate action against him.

I chose one star because there’s no choice for zero star! After observing the customer service that my Sister had to deal with over the past month. I cannot believe if Lowe’s in Medford is still in business!
After four weeks from the first day of delivery, my sister still does not have a working washer and dryer!! Lowe’s refuses to fix the problem. They keep telling her they’re gonna call back. My sister has tried to call the actual store manager, and they have made that impossible.!! I can go on and on about the store. I definitely do not recommend going to this Lowe’s whatsoever.. I’m so disgusted with the customer service in Medford that I don’t know that I will even ever go into another Lowe’s anywhere again!!
