It took Lowes over six weeks to have the dishwasher ready for their installers to pick up. Three times on the day scheduled for installation, after we had adjusted our work schedule, they called and told us either they couldn’t locate the dishwasher in their warehouse, or they have dishwasher but it’s damaged. After six weeks of having to do dishes for our family by hand, we finally got the dishwasher installed. Now Lowe’s just gave us notice that they are not honoring the rebate card offer since our installation was not completed within the window for the rebate. Unbelievable!
