There is a visit at home for each issue with the furniture. Today 55” waiting to speak with a representative 3 times they hang up on me while I was waiting. The worst !

He was very Knowledgeable on all items on display. He was very honest. He first told us that any new item we wanted to match the one were buying would be 20% off. but when going over the final bill he found that the item we were getting had a 25% discount. So that is what he gave us. He also made it clear about the delivery of our furniture and any fees associated with the delivery. It just was a nice night for us. Ed Guster

His laid back but available approach helped me to freely wander and cone back to him when I made a decision. The atmosphere where I shop helps to make a big difference, and Mr Kemesies was a catalyst in that choice.
