  MD was a really great salesman. He let my partner and I look around without hassle, but also gave recommendations on couches. We ended up going with one of the sectionals he suggested and he was super friendly. Not pushy at all and answered all our questions. Unsure how other salespeople are here, but MD was great! Cannot wait to get our couch!

  Manger yuri and customer service amy was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never rushed me. I really appreciated that he gave me the space to test everything and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. He was friendly, patient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend working with him.

  I've been coming to Raymour and Flanigan for the better part of 10 years working with Hussein who originally was in Carle Place and now is part of the Long Island City Family and the process has always been seamless and he is always been attentive to my needs. He never pressures you and always gives you all your options and mentions additional promotions and savings which is a big help considering these big purchases A+++ Service!

  Pleasantly satisfied with service provided by Sam our salesman. He was able to resolve issues we had with our sofas bought two months ago. I exchanged and purchased mattress as well. He is informative, attentive and tries to meet our every need.

  Me and my friends were looking for another store but for some reason, Google Maps kept pointing us to enter Raymour’s. We asked one of the salesman, brown middle aged man, that “Hey we keep getting pointed here by google,” and he, I kid you not, goes “this is Raymour and Flanigan, why don’t you girls Google it you don’t know how to Google it?” This happened April 14, 2026 at 5:30 PM. I feel like whoever trained him needs to re-train him because if someone is telling you, they know they’re at the wrong location it’s just that Google Maps isn’t directing us to the right location, you could either point us to the right direction or tell us hey I actually don’t know where that is, instead of talking down on people. He sounded so unhelpful and annoying even if I was looking for something at Raymour’s I wouldn’t even want him to help, it would be useless.
