  I signed up with your company over the phone on October 27. During that call, I informed the representative that I would be moving in and signing my contract on Saturday, November 1. I paid over the phone in good faith, and the payment was successfully processed. However, when I arrived at 10 AM on November 1 with my movers, the facility was locked. The agent on the video system informed me that no staff were on-site because someone had called out. I explained that I had already scheduled and paid for movers, but she was dismissive and unhelpful, telling me to come back another day. To make matters worse, as I attempted to leave, I found myself locked inside the parking lot in 45° weather, waiting several minutes for someone to remotely open the gate. I also tried calling multiple times that day—both the local office and the main number listed on your website—but every call rerouted to the same location, which was closed. As of Monday, November 3, I have continued trying to reach someone, but no one answers. This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels deceptive. I have completely lost trust in your company. Since I never signed a contract and did not receive the service I paid for, I have filed a claim with my credit card company to reverse the charge. Beware: This location appears to have no proper staffing coverage when the manager calls out, leaving customers stranded without notice or assistance. I also lost $600 paying movers for a move that never happened because your facility was closed without warning. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution and formal acknowledgment of this complaint. MY NAME IS NANCY NICHOLS AND I HAVE EMAILED YOU! YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE A RECORD OF ME! RETURN MY PAYMENT. I ALSO REPORTED YOU AS FRAUDULENT TO THE BBB!
