  This is my 3rd purchase from R & F in 6 years and I just can’t say enough how happy and satisfied I am with the quality of the product and the quality of customer service My salesman, MD in the Astoria location, was very nice, friendly, and very professional R & F has furnished my entire apartment and it looks great. The payments were easy, the deliveries were timely All together a positive experience. If you’re looking to furnish your home, choose R & F, they are the best

  Extremely Disappointed with Raymour & Flanigan & Klik Klak Sofa Bed I had an extremely frustrating experience with Raymour & Flanigan and the Klik Klak sofa bed I purchased. I bought this sofa in late August from the showroom. Because it was out of stock, it wasn’t delivered until early September. By October, the faux cushioning had already sunk in badly and looked worn out after only a few weeks of use. This level of wear on such a new piece of furniture is completely unacceptable. I contacted the showroom many times trying to get help, but got nowhere. It wasn’t until the end of November that we finally reached customer service. By then, the issue was severe. A technician came out on December 18 to inspect the sofa. Even he was shocked that the sofa was only a few months old. He called his supervisor while in my home and stated the sofa needs to be replaced. He attempted to fix it but confirmed it was unfixable. After that visit, I continued following up with the showroom and even went in in person. Instead of helping, the customer service representative complained that the showroom has nothing to do with service and even blamed the situation on the fact that “no one wants to work” and that they are overwhelmed. Hearing excuses instead of solutions was incredibly unprofessional. Between the poor product quality, weeks of delays, and complete lack of accountability, this has been one of the worst furniture-buying experiences I’ve had. I expected much better from Raymour & Flanigan. I do not recommend the Klik Klak sofa bed and will think twice before purchasing from Raymour & Flanigan again.

  The staff here are amazing people who are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I’ve been helped by the employees in person when picking out furniture, over email when facing challenges in the delivery (that weren’t R&F’s fault), and over the phone throughout. They were always super friendly and readily available, and you can tell they prioritize the experience of the customer at every step of the process. I am so impressed!
