  I’ve been a customer at Extra Space Storage at 36-02 Northern Blvd in LIC for the past 10 years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this location. Jenny, Robert, and Gared have consistently provided exceptional service. They are professional, kind, and always willing to help. Whether I’ve needed assistance with my unit, billing questions, or general support, they’ve handled everything with patience and care. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure — which has given me peace of mind for a decade. It’s rare to find a team that stays consistently helpful and welcoming year after year, but this location absolutely does. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reliable storage with a team that genuinely cares about their customers.

  We had a move out scheduled for today, I wasn’t on the spot to do it but they told me over the phone that it was fine. When my moving team came, they block them from doing the move out because I wasn’t there. When I complain over the phone the person tell me that I have to be here, when I mentioned before that I will not be here she said that my movers didn’t have all the details, which is untrue. They are highly unprofessional and rude, and they lied to my face. Don’t use their services. More disturbing: when I started to get rightly angry over the phone, the person told me that this call was recorded, but I never gave them my consent to record this call. So either a wiretapping law was broken, which is a felony, or she was just lying to me. Either way, it is highly deceptive and I will report it to the FTC and FCC just in case.
