From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the staff Maddy and Meekada who immediately assessed my needs and made me feel welcomed. Jennalissa, the store manager, was incredible. She took her time helping me figure out which unit would best fit my furniture and belongings, and she genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. Jared and Gilberto were amazing as well. They showed me to my unit and even went out of their way to re-clean it when I explained my OCD, which meant a lot to me. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was truly review-worthy. Especially after everything I’ve been through with my divorce and having to leave my forever home with my kids, I really needed a fresh start and Extra Space gave me exactly that. Shout out to the entire team. Thank you for the compassion, patience, and top-tier service. 💙
