  I never thought I'd feel compelled to leave a review for a storage facility, but Citiwide on Pearson Street are so great!? Might be the first time I knew the employees of such a place by name — Michelle always made me happy to see her. But also, this facility is easy to use and they have sensible rules, like I was never annoyed by bureaucracy or overly strict policies etc.

  As consumers, we should take more time to recognize quality people when we experience outstanding service. Lamar Pagan and the the two gentleman working the elevators at City Wide Self Storage in LIC delivered exactly that. Lamar always personable, accommodating and professional through all my interactions. He provided detailed information regarding the move-in and out process and procedures that made my experience seamless. Your company should be thrilled to have you as an ambassador of their brand.   Had a 5x5 storage unit for 5 months while between moves. Management was great. Clean, good availability times, and great price.
