If I had one complaint - they do spam the hell outta you with sometimes several emails a day, easily resolved by changing your preferences,. Overall beats the box stores for customer service - pricing is so-so and many times only worthwhile when purchasing pallet loads. Recently they had storm mix 50 lb bags calc chloride mag chloride and rock salt mix for $12 a bag , they were also the only supplier with that particular low temp salt mix and price was really good when places like ABC Rental on NF Blvd price gouged the hell out of loyal customers charging $30 ($26.95 + tax) for a 4 gal 30lb bucket of plain $3 for 50lb bulk rock salt during the short time supply was low as happens every year since time began. I watched the community collectively lose their minds over this obvious B.S. many calls made to state atty generals office. Good for them. Site 1 is on rte 31 Lockport

Needed material to make sure our softball fields were well maintained for a tournament that weekend. Left a voicemail and Dave called back within half an hour. He went to the shop picked up what we needed and delivered to the fields. Outstanding customer service. Thank you for going out of your way.
