I purchased a dresser 18 days ago and STILL don’t have my dresser or a refund which I requested after two rescheduled delivery attempts 10 days ago. Beyond horrible customer service. I reported them to the BBB 5 days ago and they haven’t even responded to that. They are basically scam artists that take your money and don’t deliver a product then say it can be up to 15 business days from the day you manage to get ahold of someone before you “might” get your refund. Buyer beware.

I've put two service requests in and never here from them I chat and make it to number 12 In Line and then they drop u. If your in need of a repair beware you'll be ignored.
