I've purchased several bedroom, living room and dining sets over the years with zero complaints. Until the more recent visit. My significant other and I were looking for a new mattress. Our salesman was great on his knowledge of what would work best for us. Then, we proceeded to try different styles. The salesman grabbed the pillow covers, which is respectable for a place that has several people laying on the beds. What caught me off guard were the other people seemingly also trying mattresses with no pillow covers. It made us feel judged. We may have showed up in hoodies that day, but we also pulled up in a 60 k vehicle with cash to buy whatever we wanted. It left such a distasteful feeling that we took our business elsewhere. I hope going forward they use the covers for everyone regardless of how they appear.
**Terrible Service from Manager and Staff**
I purchased a recliner sofa that arrived damaged, and within the first month, it required service three separate times for the same issue. A few months later, the frame split due to repeated bracket adjustments.
Instead of repairing it for a fourth time, I was offered the option to reselect a new piece and was told someone would call me. No one ever did. Over the course of nearly three months, I called four times—including speaking with the manager—and each time I was promised a callback that never came. Even customer service assured me less than two weeks ago that someone would reach out, but I’m still waiting.
At this point, it feels like they’re hoping I’ll simply give up. The quality of the sofa is unacceptable and should never have passed inspection. The lack of communication and follow-through has made an already frustrating situation even worse.
I expect accountability and a timely resolution. Until I receive a response, this review will remain.

We went in to check out stress chairs needing two. Then we went to check flex steel recliners since we’d had them in the past. Kaasan Hill was our salesperson and he was great, we had to check and see if it would fit in our new home so it was two days. We returned and opted for recliner with a console and second one without one. Anytime we have done business at Raymour and Flanigan it’s been great!
Very disappointed in this company, spent almost $7k on a couch and love seat with all the bells and whistles at the end of January. Here we are mach and they still havent resolved the issue with the speakers on both of my units! by now they could have replaced parts or swapped them out. All they did was send a tech (who was a nice guy) but clearly his schedule was too full to stay until he resolved the issue. Took over a week to get an email with the instructions on the speakers which was what I already had, then another week to get a reply email from me saying I already had it. The customer service after the sale is horrible! My next call will be to the attorney generals office for a full refund!
Honestly, I’m pretty impressed with Raymour. Not only with the furniture quality, but the people working there, especially Bree(the store manager). We like quality furniture, and in our experience, Raymour’s furniture is definitely better than their local competitors. After we purchased a large quantity of furniture and had it delivered we discovered an issue with one of the bedroom pieces. Without going into too many details, there was an issue with one of the pieces “not being compatible”. Basically, what appeared to be an innocent oversight. Bree, the store manager, was absolutely fantastic correcting our issue. I work with a lot of different vendors, both professionally and personally, and I would rate their customer service 10/10. It felt like I was getting a VIP treatment, truly very pleasant to work with. Raymour has our business for life and I would absolutely recommend them to others. On a side note, to those still reading this review, you’ll probably be fine with whatever you purchase you make from Raymour as I do think our issue was a pretty rare situation. But, on the off chance there’s an issue with a purchase I would recommend speaking to Raymour employees like they are the neighbor that you like, rather than the neighbor you dislike. You might be surprised how you’re treated with this attitude.
