  I Our experience with the furniture order and delivery was quite a mixed bag, highlighting both exceptional service and some frustrating moments. Starting with the positives, the order process was seamless, thanks in large part to Mel. She was fantastic—professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. We had to change our delivery date due to unforeseen contractor issues, and Mel handled it with ease. Her flexibility and willingness to work with us made what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers, and we felt supported throughout the entire process. On the flip side, the delivery experience left a lot to be desired. We received a call at 9 PM from a manager inquiring about a delivery that we had already scheduled. This late-night call was quite disruptive, especially since it felt unnecessary at that hour. Additionally, we encountered a rather unprofessional interaction with a sales representative who seemed more interested in being sarcastic than addressing a mistake on their part. This left us feeling frustrated and undervalued as customers. In summary, while Mel's exceptional service made the ordering process enjoyable, the delivery experience was tarnished by poor communication and unprofessional behavior from some staff members. It’s a shame that the latter overshadowed the positive aspects of our experience. Moving forward, it would be beneficial for the team to ensure that all staff members maintain the same level of professionalism and care that Mel exhibited.

  I will never use this location again!!!! They're all unprofessional salespeople and managers. If you have a problem they avoid,hangup on you and it's like a game to them. Don't buy here go elsewhere for your sanity. John and salesman Tom are so unprofessional. John is also the worst manager I have ever encountered in my life.

  I want to give a huge thank you to the team at Raymour & Flanigan, especially Corey, the store manager, and the delivery managers Cullen and Justin. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly the first time, but what really stood out was how committed everyone was to making it right. The delivery team made multiple trips until the product arrived in perfect condition. Each time, they were polite, professional, and genuinely cared that we were happy with the end result. Corey was extremely understanding and made the whole process smooth. He followed up with us personally and made sure communication stayed clear between the store and the delivery team. Cullen and Justin were also great to work with — they coordinated everything efficiently and made sure each delivery went as planned. It’s rare these days to find this level of customer service and accountability. The entire experience showed that Raymour & Flanigan truly values their customers and stands behind their products. Thank you again to Corey, Cullen, and Justin for all your patience, effort, and professionalism. Because of your outstanding service, we’ll definitely continue shopping at Raymour & Flanigan and will recommend the store to our family and friends!

  I did not expect to find what I was looking for at the price I paid. When I walked in the store, I was greeted by a sales person and I immediately asked "where is your clearance section ". I was told they didn't have a clearance section. The salesman then asked me what I was looking for. I mentioned a work desk. The salesman showed me the area where the desks were and mentioned if I needed assistance, to let him know. Well, most of the desks were out of the price range I was willing to spend. I did notice a desk with a reasonable price for the durability and style. I was thinking to myself, something must be wrong with this desk. I looked over the desk thoroughly, opened the drawers, I couldn't find anything wrong. The salesman did some further investigating, and was told the store ordered the wrong desk and was looking to get rid of it. Well.....lets just say the desk I was looking at cost over $1200, but the store was selling the desk for $497 dollars. Let's just say SOLD! Hey, you never know what you'll find when you're not expecting it. Raymour and Flanigan is usually out of my price range, however, getting this deal will keep me inquiring if I need any other pieces of furniture.
