    I wouldn't normally leave a review for a big box store like this, but Sharon (i hope i got her name right) was the sweetest lady ever and she made my experience amazing. She was working in the doors section, she's a gem!!

    Absolutely Unacceptable Delivery Experience – Latham, NY Lowe’s This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing retail experiences my family has had in years. Lowe’s in Latham, NY was scheduled to deliver a refrigerator to my mother on Monday, December 29. No one showed up within the promised delivery window. There was no proactive communication, no courtesy call, and no accountability. Only much later was she contacted and informed—after wasting an entire day—that the delivery would be delayed and rescheduled for December 31. When the delivery team finally arrived today, the refrigerator could not be installed because it was visibly dented—a defect that had absolutely nothing to do with the customer. Instead of resolving the issue on the spot or offering any meaningful accommodation, the delivery was simply rescheduled again, this time for Saturday, January 3. That makes multiple missed or failed deliveries, multiple days wasted waiting, and still no refrigerator. What makes this situation worse is the complete lack of customer care or courtesy: • No delivery fee waiver • No prioritization for replacement delivery • No compensation or acknowledgment of inconvenience • No concern for the fact that my mother’s perishable food has spoiled • No consideration for the disruption to daily meals and planning This is not just an inconvenience—it’s negligence. If Lowe’s promises “fast delivery,” there should be clear provisions when Lowe’s itself causes delays or delivers damaged merchandise. Customers should not bear the cost—financially or practically—for failures that are entirely on the company. At this point, the issue isn’t just a dented refrigerator—it’s the pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and total absence of customer-focused problem solving. I would strongly caution anyone considering appliance delivery from this location. If something goes wrong—and it clearly does—you should not expect Lowe’s to make it right. Extremely disappointed.

    Less than week ago forgot to give this lady a performance review; I usually come in the morning never seen this lady. Woman named Jennnifier identified herself as management . Extremely unhelpful and so so patronizing . Big smile on her face while being nasty, she was as red as Christmas lights. Clearly training or relocation needs to be done . Be thankful it was me and not my husband or mother , i can take a lot of bs 🤣🤣 . More concerned with talking about her subordinates negatively then getting someone to assist me . Never had an experience like this, i know people have their days . Never take it out on a customer . People at home depott know how to control their emotions …

    I ordered a washer online they came on Thursday to hook the washer up incorrectly i did not know this until the next day the fire department is at my door i live on the 3rd floor my washer flooded my neighbors apartment on the 1st floor causes many damages I called multiple times multiple numbers got tossed around person to person in different states finally they tell me they'll be there Saturday between 8am to 8pm come to find out they came never knocked on my door nor called the correct number so I go to the latham ny lowes speak with jeff the manager who was rude very disrespectful he says they didn't knock as he's pretending to knock as if it's funny he wasn't listening to me talking over me he could care less. Jeff should not be no manager or work in customer service very rude and no help at all he treated me like a joke very unpleasant person and I'm a paying customer who's been through hell since Thursday this was my 1st time ordering or going to lowes and it will be my last this was the worst experience I've ever been through.
