  Our salesman, Kevin, could not have been nicer. Not only was he both knowledgeable and professional, He made my shopping experience, feel like I was family and not just a customer. I have been a customer of Raymore and Flanigan‘s for a very long time and I’m will continue in the future.

  They gave me the wrong pillows with a mattress. Wanted king for my king mattress. They tried to gaslight me into thinking I’m crazy for wanting my pillows to fit the bed properly. They magically didnt have time to resolve this until the sale was over. Really regret spending 6k on a mattress here. We have made other purchases as well including a full king bedroom set. It is safe to say that they are unwilling to assist in any way once you walk out the door. We won’t be using this company again. Update: Took way too long to resolve and the company gave me a hundred dollar gift card to their store that expires in a couple of months. Unfortunately will not shop with this company after dealing with the horrible customer service of their store manager. If you have a problem just know that the company will waste several hours of your time on the phone and take their time waiting for you to give up only to give you a gift card with a short expiration to try and trick you into wasting more money here.
