I was happy because even if it would take 6 weeks, it would still arrive before Thanksgiving. Yesterday 11/8, 4 full weeks after my purchase, I call to get the status on my delivery since I havent got any updates at all, and after a few hours of looking at "updates" they said the delivery was expected by mid December and when I asked why, they said that holidays delay everything.... I bought my sofa way before holidays and was given a window of time that seem fair enough (6weeks) and now they are adding 6 more weeks?? Seems like the delivery wasn't requested or something. I need to cancel cause I needed the sofa by Thanksgiving, now they tell me to call the store which I have done yesterday and today and they never answer or today, I was answered and immediately put on hold and im on the phone now for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up my request of cancelation... not happy at all and they make it difficult when to communicate to the store directly
