  This is a terrible company, and I will never purchase from them again. I ordered a couch set in October, and everything was listed as in stock, so I was told delivery would be soon. I was contacted to schedule delivery, but on the day of delivery, I was informed that one piece was damaged. They asked if I still wanted the delivery and assured me the replacement would arrive within a week. I declined and asked that everything be delivered together. A second delivery date was scheduled, and the same exact thing happened again — I was told that the same piece arrived damaged. Since this was just days before Thanksgiving, I agreed to accept the partial delivery because I didn’t want to be left with nothing. I was assured the missing piece would arrive shortly. After that, communication became vague and misleading. I was later told the replacement would arrive on December 16th. That date came and went with no delivery and no update. When I followed up a week later, I was told “soon.” Now it is January 12th, and after calling again, I was told they should receive another shipment on January 24th, and that I am 16th in line to receive the piece. How does that make any sense? My furniture was supposedly on its way to my home twice, yet now I’m suddenly 16th in line? This clearly shows I was lied to from the beginning. This company has wasted months of my time, given inconsistent stories, and shown zero accountability. The customer service is unacceptable, and I regret ever purchasing from them. I strongly advise anyone considering buying furniture here to stay far away. Take your business elsewhere — Ashley Furniture provided far better service and transparency.

  Outstanding service from start to finish. Our salesperson Gail Marshiano was easy to work with, knowledgeable, patient, and had great design insight, helping us choose the perfect couch, ottoman and rug. Plus, we never felt pressured to buy. We couldn’t be happier.

  We had the absolute best experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Lake Grove, and it was all thanks to Samar. From the moment we started working with her, her bright, warm, and amazing personality made the entire process so enjoyable. Samar is incredibly knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to help us curate the perfect pieces for our guest bedroom. She took her time, listened to exactly what we wanted, and worked so hard to make sure everything came together beautifully. If you’re buying furniture, ask for Samar — you will not be disappointed. This was by far the best home furniture buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We’ve purchased furniture from another Raymour & Flanigan before, but we never walked away feeling the way we did after visiting the Lake Grove location. Thank you so much, Samar! Keep up the amazing work — you truly made this experience unforgettable.

  I had a really poor experience with this Raymour & Flanigan. The team repeatedly gave me wrong and misleading information, and when the issues came to light, management made no real effort to fix the situation. What made it worse was how difficult it was to get anyone to respond, it took days just to get basic answers or acknowledgment. For a company of this size, I expected far better communication and accountability. I will seriously reconsider ever purchasing from them again.
