I called and said they ‘gave notice.’ I received no email, it was a tiny postcard they sent in the mail with 6 pt font. 9 mos in, they just sent another notice, rate is increasing to $336/mo. I caught the card this time— I didn’t know you could even send something so small, it’s half the size of a postcard. Emptying it and moving to another storage space before it kicks in… SO ANNOYING.
