    If i could put 0 stars i would. Bought a couch from here and a week later the recliner cable broke. Took me 2 days just to get someone on the phone to schedule a time to come look at it. When the service tech came he said he had no idea it was a manual recliner and that the service center did not send him any information. He also said the service center told him that I was not willing to send any pictures (which they never asked me to take). Do your self a favor and do not buy anything from this company….

    Andrea Bogucki helped me with a mattress purchase last week. I had a “firm” mattress I saw on their website picked out before I went in. She took the time to have me try several mattresses to make sure firm was what I really wanted. Then went over and showed me the one I wanted and let me try it. Didn’t they to upsell me on a more expensive one. She knew the various mattress brands extremely well and the paperwork was done in almost no time. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes tops. I pass that store on way to Walmart and this was first time I was actually in it. It is much larger than it looks.

    We had the pleasure of working with Bobby. He answered all our questions and helped make the purchase of a new bed for my dad, who could not be there, easy. He showed us multiple options and listened to know what things were important to my dad. If you find yourself at Raymour and Flanigan in Kingston, ask for Bobby (he has the batman Keychain on his tablet - so fun and knowledgeable). Thank you again Bobby!

    I am beyond furious!!!!! We bought furniture from the Poughkeepsie Raymour and Flanagan outlet- the staff was amazing- we paid in full for two leather recliners and 2 leather reclining couches. We set the delivery date for Thursday February 5th. I took off from work, I went to the bank and got cash tips for the delivery staff. I made arrangements and preparations to receive the new furniture. These arrangements included having our current living room set removed the night before and moving extra furniture into our dining room so the delivery would be as smooth as possible. The morning of the delivery, the driver was in contact with my husband. I received a call from my husband that the drivers were headed to the house. I got two water bottles ready and the cash tips- I ran outside to assist them and introduce myself. The driver walked about 75 feet in and said he didn’t know if he could get in and turn around- I said come up and look , he shook his head. I would like to include we have dump trucks and trailers and we use this driveway daily, we also get lots of deliveries from front wheel drive trucks and food services. The driver dismissed me and walked to the truck and left!!!! My husband made multiple attempts to call the driver and he would not answer. We received a message that our order status was now cancelled!!! My husband called the delivery manager and said the driver said he couldn’t do it and they have to go by his observation. I was livid, the driver did not even assess the situation or come talk to me- we have all of this on camera. The company said they would deliver the set when there is no snow or ice and can assess the situation. If I am unable to perform my duties at work, my boss will usually assess the situation for herself if the customer is upset! Nope- they dismissed us. This was pure laziness!!!! We are from a long line of blue collar workers! The driver completely dismissed us and left without warning. I stood outside for 25 minutes with no coat because I thought maybe he just was backing in our turning around! He left with all of our furniture. This was such a bad experience!!! I do not recommend them soley for the delivery!!!! This was a big expense for us and an even bigger let down!!!! My husband asked when would you be back to attempt the delivery again? They said when there is no snow or ice- it’s upstate New York and 5 degrees!!! We were so upset we called the store and asked them to refund the full amount and cancel the order!!!

    Had a bad experience. Bought a very expensive loft bed. Bed is beautiful. Had trouble with delivery since it was supposed to be here one day but when it got here there was a part missing. Delivery people had to bring it back in the truck and I was told someone would contact me to tell me a new delivery date. Now keep in mind this was my daughter’s birthday gift. As the incomplete bed left, my kid was so disappointed it broke my heart. Finally was told a new delivery day just a few days later. It finally came, it was complete. It was delivered and assembled. When the delivery team left they didn’t leave spare screws or nothing so I thought I wouldn’t need any. A day later I noticed a railing that’s wobbly and I noticed there’s a screw missing. THERES A SCREW MISSING! 😡 This is a 2 k bed. Money does not grow on trees. We bust our butts off to be able to afford this bed. And when I call to ask about it I’m told if they don’t have one to give it to me, to go buy one. I’m not supposed to go buy one when I already paid 2k for this bed!!! Everything is supposed to be perfect! 😡
