    Placed a curbside order for a 7 ft prelite flocked Christmas Tree. It took three hours for them to get the order ready, once it was ready I went to the curbside pickup. I checked in like I was supposed to do and waited. I waited for over twenty minutes and decided to go in, there is waited another 10 minutes after hitting the help button until someone finally acknowledged me. Finally got the tree after nearly 30 minutes of waiting

    EDIT 2: Reduced to 1 star. Still on the shelf 24 hours later. Mentioned to an associate who was friendly but didn’t seem to care. Don’t blame him. EDIT: I spoke to Lowe’s customer service 800 number per their request on 11/18/25. Jeremy at customer service said he would be in touch with store management to remove the product from the shelf so other customers are not poorly impacted. Next time I’m in Kingston I’ll stop in to see if it’s been removed. I recently purchased a few cans of textured spray paint that was on clearance for $7 a can instead of $28. I was obviously hoping that I got a bargain. It did not turn out that way. I used the spray paint as instructed, and the aerosol can simply did not have enough power to spray the paint properly. The heavy textured paint dribbled out of the can and made a mess all over the wall. The return process was fine and I was refunded my money. However, I indicated to the associate how poor the product was, and highly suggested that they just take the remaining product off the shelf rather than trying to sell it to unsuspecting customers. I went back a few days later and there were still multiple boxes of this spray paint on the shelf. If it’s marked down from $28 to $7 they obviously know it’s not a good product. Contractors clearly aren’t buying the product or they would’ve scooped it up by now. The fact they left it on the shelf just shows how beholden they are to the corporate profit model.

    Joey in Receiving was truly a lifesaver. We had some issues with an online purchase for a vanity and toilet and Joey went above and beyond to help us resolve it and find a solution forward. We were also able to easily reach him with a question at the store. Steve & team from the Delivery group were also great delivering our items. Above and beyond service as well. The online order and automated emails were very confusing but working with these guys above made us confident to be repeat customers at this location in the future.
