- PGPatti Gibbons3 days ago2.0The place was clean and met my expectations for a climate controlled space. , However, it was very upsetting to get a notice 2 months into my renting - that my rent would double. They give you a sale price online and then double your rent a few months into it. I asked about it when I signed up because somebody had warned me, and they told me at the office that they would take care of it and to come to them should that happen. (I had already paid for my first month which included a $50 service charge and a $20 lock fee ) However, I do not want to have to do this every time there is an increase as it feels like shady back room dealing. I ended up removing my items because I don’t want to keep dealing with this. No complaints about the facility itself although I was only there 2 months.
