  I must say it was very messy from the very beginning and I should have pulled out like my Family, Friends and Co-workers did with the pricey rentals that quickly flexed with promotions that didn't last and the unprofessional behavior of the Manager and Angela's phone tactics were beyond business like. Where as I had to twice seek help from corporate to have a District Manager step in which took alot. Then you get to the last result of accusations that weren't quite straight and arrow behind being in the storage area after hours just as several folks were in both buildings and you don't even want the "customer" to speak. Yet if in the being you were being professional I would have understood better the perks that were involved for some. So then we get to the part where you have prepared to move out as you were told and you have these two individuals lock down the keypad after I used it to get in gate and they saw me bring a moving truck in to make this happened. Mind you I never fussed or debated just tried to ask a question or two to be shut down. So back to bringing the truck to fulfill your request. I run to get something to eat before starting to come back to a keypad that won't let me back in and while on it stating I have a overdue bill, so it could lock me out. Mind you the truck is parked behind the gate ready to be loaded. So then I was able to gain access by coming in with others. These two were now playing with my money which at no point I was going to allow. As I started getting things moved out of storage. I hear men talking only to look up and see the Manager peeking around the corner down the hall at me. Then he started making his way down the opposite hall to quickly go out the back door while I was yelling for him so I could ask if he had something to do with me being locked out, but he hopped in his vehicle and drove away swiftly. The end result is he did and for Angela to have her part in something so Ridiculous and set that up because they wanted me just to be able to enter that building when they were there during business hours doesn't make much sense when you give someone 48 hours to move but you lock them out during part of the hours they needed to move and then put a lie in the computer to keep me at bay. When they both were there earlier and could have made that known. But they knew they were wrong. These two are very messy but the Manager is weird acting on top of being messy. She claimed his name was Henry who knows if that is true. And then you (Angela) lie and say when I called customer service which my calls kept getting reverted back to their address to say you were just about to call me to explain to me why things went the way they did and that Manager told you to sabotage my move out by locking me out, doesn't say alot about her as a person or female either. No way I would let someone use me for their own sick games. Wrong is wrong and having a backbone no matter what a person's position is speaks volumes. Certain people on those very cameras were ignored. And like I said the day I was approached I didn't know I was doing anything wrong. As a person that knew and took care of Mr. Budwey from the former "Budwey's" and a long-time customer with Public Storage which changed to Life Storage where I was in the building that used to be Budwey's. Which was very clean right down to the bathrooms. You had soap to wash your hand, toilet paper was on the roll where you didn't have to worry about others handling it. "Be Careful Folks" when renting from here. These two immature individuals are a mess. And by the way when ever there's a problem with a business it's normal for that business to make sure good reviews are put in place quickly to push back bad ones. A Business move.🙂‍↔️🤔

  The woman who showed me my storage unit was very polite and very great . She showed me how to use the app and showed me how to ge to my unit as well

  Super kind and helpful staff! Very knowledgeable and were able to answer every question we had! My friend and I were assisted by Angela in the office and she was the best!

  I’ve had a genuinely great experience at this location. The property manager (Angela) is amazing — she’s attentive, responsive, and you can tell she actually cares about the people renting units here. That kind of energy is rare and makes a real difference. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. I also really appreciated the access to carts and accommodations that I didn’t get at other storage locations — it makes moving things in and out way smoother. On top of all that, she’s just genuinely nice and easy to deal with. It doesn’t feel transactional, it feels like you’re being looked out for. Highly recommend this location if you want a storage spot that’s both professional and actually human.

  I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage! Angela was fantastic! she helped us choose the right unit size for our items and made the whole process smooth and easy. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel confident about our choice. The facilities are clean, modern, and well maintained. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable storage solution!
