  I can say that the customer service was great. I had an issue moving into my unit via bluetooth access granted it was on Christmas Eve. They were able to provide me a different unit during the call. I appreciated the patience they had given I was frustrated. To go the extra mile I was contacted by the property manager Angela who kindly gave me a credit and provided the lock to me for free due to the situation. I appreciate all of the workers who went out of there way to make sure I was able to move my things in which brought less stress to the situation. Thank you

  Personal, Appreciative, and Detailed: My experience at this location has been excellent thanks to Manager Angela Williams. She is knowledgeable, patient, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel supported. The units are kept clean, well‑maintained, and pleasant to use. Because of Angela’s leadership and the overall quality of the facility, I will gladly recommend Extra Space Storage on Kenmore Ave to anyone looking for storage.

  I started with $98 and then $118 and when they sent the new up coming fee of $152 i decided to remove myself from the unit i go in personally and spoke to the lady that was there she was on her phone when i walked in seemed like dint want to be bothered i told her about moving out that day this was in November 17 i have videos and pictures of my move out and asking her for any type of move out receipt she told me she had 5 people in the computer before me witch to me it didn’t make any sense because I wasn’t there for anyone else but me and said whats your unit number because i insisted mind you she was still looking at her phone while speaking to me and still was making me feel like I was a burden to her i insisted she looked up something in the computer and said you good leave the unit open didn’t send a message or email i felt confident even though i wasn’t treated with kindness and respect as a customer and completely thought in my mind she did her work well guess what my bank account has been overdraft since December 4 of $152 due to the poor acknowledgment i had that day an attention to what I was saying to her i spoke to Henry and explained the situation to him he said he will put that money back in and my bank account is still overdraft I will continue to take farther in because is not the money is how we get treated sometimes and then on top of that they make you feel like you the bad one when in reality you claiming what’s yours and what you thought people made you believe i am very disappointed on how she made me believe i was good like she said and how messed up is looking now i should be back with more if my money doesn’t get put back in my bank account because that unit has been available since 11/17/2025 and i was trying to speak to the lady in person about it that dint even acknowledge me and made me believe everything was alright.
