  This is my first time storaging my belongings at Extra Space Storage located at 400 Kenmore where I met Angela who was so kind and understanding to my needs due to my mobility disability. She accommodate my needs to simple and easy move in and move out the facility no struggle. Just so grateful and thankful to be treated as a person not a number. Thank you Extra Space Storage and Angela. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

  I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage in Buffalo, NY and it was all thanks to Angela! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stressless. It’s rare to come across someone who truly goes the extra mile, but Angela absolutely does. She made what could have been a complicated or overwhelming situation feel easy and organized. Her customer service is outstanding, and you can tell she truly cares about the people she helps. Highly recommend this location and if you get the chance to work with Angela, you’re in great hands!

  The Manager Angela is a great member of this Organization, she has great customer service skills which made me want to continue my unit rental here. She's the one to talk to about getting a great deal so please come on by!!!! Don't take my word for it, come and see for yourself!

  I will only opted to say the only one staff member is very unprofessional. Are demeanors very negative. She seems always very miserable the gentleman he is very kind and helpful and assertive if you have a need that you need done or something open or fixed or make a report. I've only had my unit for about 5 months. The African American woman has been nothing but attitude. Does it matter what time of the day you stop by I've been there 3 times . And that's been over the last 5 months. So don't need help but don't ask your questions about anything about .your billing are you might make her angry or bother her because she just comes to work and I guess obviously leaves are going to bed at 2:00 I've been there and every time that all three times she's been miserable I don't know why they hire people like this either that desperate for help they hire someone who's not miserable and makes people feel like there are a problem when they ask for help or have questions about their bill
