  We purchased a couple of pillows in March, but after receiving them and trying them for couple of hours I did not like mine. The pillow manufacturer has a 90 day return policy and we were told the same by salesperson during purchase. I called the store and was told the pillows can’t be returned. I was connected to the store manager (Mohammed) who asked me if I was wiling for an exchange to which I said yes. But he told me he has to confirm with his corporate office and he will get back to me by end of day. No call back. I followed up after 3 days and the same manager told me that they cannot do an exchange but asked me to keep the pillow and that they will be giving us a gift card and that it was mailed. 2 weeks later there was no gift card. I followed up again, and again the same manager tells me he looked it up and one of his employees mailed it 10 days ago and I should receive it in a couple of days. 2 mos later and still no gift card. I don’t think the postal services is that slow Mohammed!!! My point is 1. We have an account with the store, why not give us store credits. 2. Why LIE to me??!! Just could have told us from the beginning, no we cannot offer any resolution, and I would not have bothered following up so many times.

  Inez knew all about the mattresses and what we should try. We ended up purchasing her recommendation over what we thought we initially wanted. She even knew what pillows would work best for our body types! Highly recommend!

  Inez was very helpful and very patient with me as I tried so many different sofas and chairs. After coming back home and measuring my existing sofa, I went back Sunday and made final decisions and purchase. I can't wait for the sofa and chair to be delivered! They will be here this week. Many thanks again Inez!

  We had an excellent experience at Raymour & Flanigan on 4-17-26. We had gotten living room furniture there many years ago which has held up and looked nice so when we were in the market for recliners we came back. Our salesman Justin Fox was wonderful and explained the bells/whistles of all the recliners we were looking at. He spent a lot of time with us. Much appreciated. We purchased two awesome recliners. I highly recommend the store and Justin.

  Purchase - easy Delivery guys - good All the behind the scenes - headaches. Multiple pieces had to reschedule Delivery due to damaged parts. Have had 3 separate deliveries for pieces and still have not gotten the bedframe assembled. Found a piece delivered was missing a bracket. Called to give a heads up, but the message was never put in the system. Thus another day wasted for another delivery to where they couldn't assemble the bed due to missing parts... (they missed it when shipped originally, then never told the delivery crew to bring one). Now another 4 days til the next available delivery date. Review is mainly because they keep sending review requests before the order is actually complete * update. Finally got everything done. They offered compensation for the hassle. Wasn't a painless process, but they did try to make it right
