Order a living room set six weeks ago and was told it would "take about a week to get it". Well... a month and a half later and they have my money and "no idea" what is taking so long to get my furniture. They had no problem finding my money to keep though.

I took the day off work because we selected Sunday delivery at checkout, yet received no communication afterward. After multiple attempts, I finally reached someone via chat, only to be told the earliest delivery date is now Thursday—completely different from what we selected. The representative then ended the chat while supposedly transferring me. I’ve also been on hold by phone for over an hour with no response. I’m frustrated and genuinely confused by how poorly this situation has been handled. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish.

I was misinformed about how much my purchase was going to be a month. Had to make more than five phone calls to get everything situated. Raymour and flanigan say no returns!! Even if I was lied to. Or misinformed. They did absolutely nothing to help me. Told me this would be going on my credit report. And I need to pay for the couch and bed. Thankfully progressive leasing helped tremendously!!! And I have everything figured out. I will never go here again !!!! All these people care about is your money.!!!!!! Not for you to have something nice for yourself with your hard earned and money. !!!!

Now they r saying Wednesday, company coming Tuesday, NO FURNITURE!!! Jay said no delivery fee will be added, great, but we still don't have FURNITURE!
