  YOU'VE MADE IT EVIDENT YOU DON'T CARE BECAUSE IT'S NOT AT YOUR HOUSE, BUT WHY IS IT EVERYTIME YOUR FIBEROPTIC VENDOR SHOWS UP IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OTHER INTERNET PROVIDERS' WIFI STOP WORKING🤔????I'M SURE OTHER PROVIDERS ARE PROBABLY TIRED OF FIXING THEIR INCOMPETENCY, ALL WHILE THE NEIGHBORHOOD HAS TO BE INCONVENIENCED, SOME LOSING TIME AND WAGES AT WORK!!! (AND YOU MAY DENY THAT THEY DON'T AFFECT OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS BECAUSE THEN IT'S EASIER FOR YOU TO AVOID ADDRESSING IT, BUT YOU WOULD BE WRONG, AS IT IS COMMON SENSE WHAT'S GOING ON,AND FURTHERMORE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY THOSE PROVIDERS SEVERAL TIMES THAT THIS IS THE CASE, STATING THAT YOUR VENDOR MUST BE "KNICKING, CUTTING, ETC" THOSE LINES. I (AND THE REST OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD) ARE VERY SUSPICIOUS AS TO WHY THIS HAS OCCURRED MORE THAN ONCE...IT'S AFFECTING LIVELIHOOD FOR THOSE WHO WFH, USE FOR SCHOOL , ENTERTAINMENT, AND PAY FOR A SERVICE (EVEN IF IT'S NOT YOURS!!!) YOU SHOULD BE HIRING VENDORS BASED ON COMPETENCE, NOT CHEAPNESS (SAME GOES FOR YOUR GARBAGE EMPLOYEES). IT IS YOUR JOB TO DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND,AT THE LEAST, MENTION IT TO YOUR VENDOR AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE TO BE MORE COMPETENT AND CAREFUL (PROBABLY WILL BE TOUGH SINCE IT HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES, SO IT SEEMS THEY MAY NOT BE THE BRIGHTEST BULBS ON THE TREE)....I WILL CONTINUE DOCUMENTING THESE INSTANCES FOR THE TIME BEING....AND LIKE BARBARA T. SAID IN ANOTHER HORRIBLE REVIEWS-STOP RESPONDING TO COMMENTS OF REVIEWS. IT MAKES YOU LOOK WORSE. IT'S FECITIOUS AND CONDESCENDING ...YOU LITERALLY SOUND 12. NOT TO MENTION YOU WROTE PERSONAL DETAILS OF SOMEONE'S ISSUE IN A RESPONSE ON HERE! THIS IN ITSELF SCREAMS IMMATURITY AND UNPROFESSIONALISM. AND LIKE SOMEONE ELSE SAID, DO BETTER ALL AROUND!!! REVAMP YOUR MARKETING, PR, AND LEADERSHIP ALREADY!!!

  There are so many opposing viewpoints in the world today, but I think we all can agree the reputation of the customer "service" is very poor across the board and just a general sense of laziness is the most concerning. Hopefully, this monopoly with have some competiton in the near future. And no need to comment, you're responses just prove my point. Lol

  The worst company I’ve ever had to do business with! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I didn’t have to! Out to get money and that’s it don’t do maintenance! Want there money right away but will never help when you have issues!! People are completely rude when you talk to them!

  Laziest garbage men I've ever dealt with in my life. They spend more time coming up with excuses to not pick up garbage than they actually spend picking up garbage. I'll pay more for a private company. At least they actually do their jobs.

  When the rest of the nation is paying hundreds for electricity, we are truly blessed to have BPU. Incredibly grateful for their hard work!
