  Very happy with the sales people and our purchaes; quality was better in person than in the showroom. However, the pièce de résistance was the delivery. We received consistent updates and our delivery was right on time. Anthony and Dom were the absolute best! Efficient, thorough and totally respectful of our purchases and property. Whatever you're paying them, it's not enough... They are welcome at our house anytime! Overall, great experience!

  We always have a good experience at this Jamestown store. The sales people are great! Friendly, patient and helpful without making us feel pressured. The store has a nice variety to look at and we are always able to find options we like at reasonable prices.

  Mary Eggelston at the Lakewood store was great! I don’t know how she had the patience to put up with with my wife and I constantly changing our minds and back and forth trying to decide what we wanted, but she did, and made it a great buying experience. In addition, I would like to acknowledge the gentleman from a different R and F store in the the Buffalo Area who was working Lakewood to help out. I believe his name was Wes. He spent a lot of time with us and answered tons of questions two days earlier. The Staff was amazing as a whole.

  I came in to look for furniture for my mom who is moving to assisted living. I was greeted by the manager and she was very helpful. all of the staff was friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. we will be back to get our stuff as soon as we get a move in date.
