For the last TWELVE YEARS they have been blocking my driveway with packed snow as high as my hips. This is extreme and obviously deliberate. They also do this to my outlet that is at the curb trying to make it difficult to keep clear all winter. When the roads are CLEAR WITH NO SNOW TO PLOW, they go to the old mounds of snow and mostly ice from the parking lots where they dump the snow all winter and block my driveway and outlet with that. I have pictures and video. They do not do this to anyone else in my neighborhood. I have pictures.
This is illegal. Who's paying for this illegal activity? Who's allowing it?

Ive never went through bpu, I am not from our here, never lived out here, I'm used to a bag of garbage being $1.25 they charge to much, they want us to recycle garbage for God sakes. They would do anything for money, they weigh the garbage if it's more than a certain amount of weight they charge an extra fee, if you didn't organize your garbage in the orange bin they charge you, if you don't get your cans before a certain time, they charge you there's a scan code on every garbage bin, that's insane. It's a self owned business, they need to be shut down, put national grid and fuel all through our this area. And shut these people down. Their robbing people left and right.

Jamestown BPU really just needs to stop responding to comments. It's literally just making them look worse.
THEY mixed my daughter's garbage can up with her next door neighbor's, then wanted to charge HER $25 for "not taking her can in in a timely manner." She explained to them that the picture they sent her wasn't even of her house. The woman she dealt with tried telling her they would cut HER a break "just this once" as she had had no other issues, as though they were doing her some big favor.
I am older and really do not need such a LARGE CAN as I have no driveway or garage and they are difficult to maneuver over grass and snow.
Now I get a notice stating it's a second notice regarding (I never received a first notice) that they need to be in the house for 15 to 30 minutes to test my waste water OR they will start charging me $50 additional a month. I work out of town and am not home the hours they are open. I also don't have much recycling, but had darn well better make sure I don't skip putting something out or I lose my $11 "incentive."
I have really had it with them.
