  Jackie was amazing! She was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. The place was clean and well kept, and her great customer service really stood out. Highly recommend!

  I truly appreciate and enjoy this laundromat especially with Mrs Jackie who allows people to smile with her communication skills and her hospitality she ensures all customers leave with smiles and come back for more. The only problem is had was when a young lady came into the laundromat to do her laundry at night and a woman worker who worked there that night was being rude to the young lady for no reason she began to follow her and taunt her so the young lady spoke up for her to please stop the lady worker them called the cops on her the girl cried because she didn't know what she did and when the cops came the cops notice the lady worker being nasty as well and explained to the young lady that because she worked that night she doesn't want her in the laundromat to dry her clothes after washing them but they also stated that she was not the problem the worker was, the lady worker that works at night makes me feel i am beneath her, when asking for something or wanting to inquire about something her attitude isn't pleasant. Other than that I recommend coming here its like a second home with amazing workers besides that one, I don't want one apple to spoil a bunch.

  I had a very disturbing experience at the Clean Rite laundromat located at 168-04 Liberty Ave in Jamaica, NY on March 4th between about 10:00–11:30 PM. I was waiting for my laundry to finish and had my cart placed to the side so it wasn’t blocking anyone. A staff member approached me and told me to move the cart. Before I could properly respond, she repeatedly attempted to grab the cart from me and immediately escalated the situation. I explained that my clothes had just finished washing and that I was in the process of collecting them, but she continued escalating the situation, told me I had to leave, and said she was calling the police. I was not being disruptive and was simply doing my laundry like any other customer. After noticing the “Om” tattoo on my neck, the employee’s attitude toward me appeared to become hostile and I was told I was not welcome there. At one point the employee also told me I should wait until she got off at midnight so we could fight. When the police arrived, I fully cooperated, gathered my heavy wet laundry, and peacefully exited the store. The officers even helped me get my bags to my Uber. Several customers who witnessed the interaction spoke up and confirmed that I had done nothing wrong. Unfortunately, the employee was not wearing a name tag, so I cannot identify her directly, but I do have timestamped photos and video documentation from that night. This experience was humiliating and upsetting. I have already submitted a formal complaint through Clean Rite’s website but have not received any response. I hope management reviews the security footage from approximately 10:00–11:30 PM that night and addresses the staff conduct at this location. I would appreciate a response from management regarding this situation.
