Amazing customer service, was extremely attentive with an issue I had even thought he was completely busy… very nice guy and made sure he kept his promise to help out once again despite being busy

I love this clean rite location. It's nearby and convenient. I come here because of my friend Airan who works here. He makes the place lively, he is great at his job. Very friendly and super helpful. If it wasn't for him and I would have switched locations. I feel safe when I'm here and he is working.

Costs about 30 dollars for me to do my washing and cleaning on a Saturday.
Thought I’d save some money and come on a Tuesday at 10pm and get the free soap. There was no free soap to give me sadly. Had to pay 30$ again.

So my family and I have been going to this laundromat for months now. But today is the first time we've had major issues with the machines and the laundromat card not working.
Firstly, this is the first event that happens: my mother finishes washing my father's clothes and goes to put them in to dry. There's about 30 dollars on the card at that moment. Once she inserts the card, it shows an error message on the reader and starts to display that the card now has no funds left. So she sends my sister to put in 25 dollars. My sister comes back with the card (which now holds 25 and some cents). She uses the card once, and now it holds 24 in funds. I take the card to use in the 17.99 washing machine. When I put the card in the reader, another error sign appears, and then it shows that the card has $5.39 left. I go to put the card back in because it clearly must have worked wrong, right? But no, it shows the card now has $5.39 in funds. So my mother and I go ask for help since clearly these machines are broken or glitching out.
Gladly, there was someone (I don't know if he was an employee) who spoke Spanish there since my mother doesn't know English. So he was able to translate what she was asking. But he didn't; instead of translating the issues to the staff on board, he asks questions about the machines. Like, does the machine take money off the card if you leave it in, or if it malfunctions? (Like the lady looked stressed and over it and was about to leave anyway.) And afterwards, he just asks us to show him where the machines are and to tell him the story. So my mom explains it in Spanish, but briefly. Then I explain it in English in detail, trying to accurately recount the events, but then he states that we're telling him two completely different things. And I'm just there trying not to escalate the situation more since my mother started to yell because he wasn't believing what we were saying.
Then he left, came back, and said that he would turn on the washing machine for us and give us a round for the dryer machine, but we would have to pay for the rest ourselves. He also asked for my mother's information so that it could be put on record.
But overall this place is good for a quick laundry run. Pretty clean, but gets rather crowded at times.
