  While they fixed a broken lock, the woman working the phone was extremely argumentative and refused to believe that an employee misplaced a separate key ring that he was handed. When asked if the employee could check because she stated he said he “was not handed a key on a key ring that had a smaller key on it”, not that he attempted to look to ensure he didn’t take the key ring off the key he needed, she refused and said “he already did” but ma’am you did not say he checked, you just said he knew he wasn’t handed multiple keys on a key ring. She then said “I do not agree with the customer is always right” and hung up on me. congratulations, neither do I, but I am now missing property that was last in your employees hands. I don’t care if he’s been doing this for 30 years, I didn’t receive back all of my keys. Extremely unprofessional. EDITING TO ADD: the next day he returned as he didn’t correctly do our lock (used someone else’s key entirely), and he in fact returned the missing key & keyring because as it turns out, the customer was right in this instance. He owned up to his mistake which I appreciate, but the woman working the phones makes me never want to utilize their services again.

  Had new keys made after being let down by the big box stores' keys that never worked. Excellent service and product.
