  I highly recommend Hi-Tech irrigation. From the office staff to the technicians they go above and beyond to accommodate. Technicians arrived early and did an excellent job starting up our system. Great pricing! Highly recommend signing up for the contract. Best Irrigation company on Long Island!!

  This company does a great job from start to finish From the first phone call to get an estimate to estimator coming to my home and then the crew coming to install my new system and the service guys were all very very professional courteous, and do an amazing job highly recommend them

  UPDATE: I’m updating my original review after being contacted by the owner, who offered a partial credit and expressed concern about improving their service. I don't appreciate the outreach asking to change my true review, however I agree to give an update review. That said, after the initial conversation, I received multiple follow-up calls from staffs to remove my original review. My original concerns still stand. I’m willing to give them another chance and hope to see meaningful improvement moving forward. ORIGINAL: I’m very disappointed with the service from this sprinkler company. The customer service team is consistently rude and impatient whenever I ask questions, and it feels like a burden for them to help. The technicians are constantly changing, and several of them clearly don’t know what they’re doing. On top of that, the prices are unreasonable for the quality of work provided. Ever since the new owner took over, the service has gone downhill. I can’t recommend this company based on my experience.

  I couldn’t be happier with Hi-Tech Irrigation. The staff was friendly, professional and clearly knowledgeable. Bobby took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest service!
