My home is an A-frame, which means steeply pitched ceilings and extremely challenging closet geometry. I’ve struggled to use nearly half of my closet space (I genuinely thought it was just an unsolvable design problem). Janine proved me completely wrong. From the start, she understood the complexity of the space and approached it with creativity, precision, and total confidence. She coordinated detailed measurements, thoughtful design, and a seamless installation. The result is honestly transformative: I can now see, access, and use every inch of my closets. What once felt impossible now feels intuitive and beautifully organized. This wasn’t just great customer service; it was exceptional problem solving and design leadership. If you have an unconventional space, sloped ceilings, or think your storage challenges are “too difficult,” Janine is the person you want leading the project. Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish!

Since I knew HD was an easy return if it didn't fit, I ordered it. It's perfect. The Container Store didn't want to sell it to me.
