He keeps the facility super clean and he was very helpful in explaining which parts of the facility are climate controlled vs heat only

There was an issue with the online description of the unit and Jonathan switched my unit to one to suit my needs at the same rate! He showed me the way to my new unit and instructed me where to enter in the future, which was helpful. Jonathan even gave me a hand with a large piece of furniture! If I could give this place and Jonathan 6 stars I would!
