    Krista was absolutely amazing ! She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful in choosing bathroom fixtures. I highly recommend seeing Krista at Ferguson in Huntington station for all of your bathroom needs !

    walked in and was looked at like yes? and she looked up from desk annoyed and told me she busy with appt in a few and others are with people, then looked back down and said could go look over there at some shower doors and went back to her computer. not one person addressed me so I went next door. Just a heads up to management if want to look at how a walk in was welcomed. I'll go spend my money elsewhere.

    I had the pleasure of finally meeting Taylor at this Ferguson showroom after working with her indirectly through our interior design firm in Huntington Village for the last month. (Taylor normally works out of the Greenvale showroom, but was helping out this showroom since it was short a salesperson the day we met her.) Our appointment was scheduled to look at a soaking bathtub model on the floor and to compare it with another soaking bathtub model by another manufacturer, the specs for which were minimal. She gave us a range of what those specs might be so that we could determine if it would be a comfortable bathtub for us as we were planning on purchasing this for our bathroom renovation. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very willing to do her best. When we drew our conclusion, she continued to help us by showing us other items that we were interested in seeing in person (as we were planning on ordering a myriad of items from Ferguson, but had only seen photos of these items previously). She not only made good suggestions and provided good insights, but was also patient and kind. The work she has done for us through the interior design firm has been invaluable to us. Our interior design firm said we would be in good hands with Taylor, and . . . we were! Thank you to Ferguson for the gift of Taylor!

    After a very dismissive attitude from Green.Art..my husband and I came straight to Ferguson on a Saturday. We were seen and helped by Jenn with detail ,care and curtesy. Very appreciative and we placed the order...AND WILL BE BACK.

    I have never experienced such horrid customer service in my life. I just walked out and sat in my car and had to write a review. The woman who I asked for help had the worst attitude and she could not be more uninterested in helping me with kitchen sinks! My God how do places like this stay in business when they employ people with the worst attitudes. Stay away!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
