I have been trying to get accurate answers regarding the whereabouts and more importantly a delivery date for my items. I have spent almost $30,000 in the last 30 days at the Greenport Lowe’s. No one knows where my orders are or when it will be delivered. The most helpful person regarding this issue has been Lisa. She has gone above and beyond to help. I have called and emailed with a different response every time. Today I have attempted to speak with the store manager twice, no return call. In fact I was hung up on 4 times, customer service picks up and hangs up. I finally got through, she said we are busy. So now that you have my money I am no longer important?
If my appliances are not located and delivered I want a refund and I will also cancel my countertops and go to Home Depot.
I need answers, more importantly I need my appliances.

The associates were welcoming 😉 with laughter spirits. They know the store and able to lead us easy to products. Then I met Matt and his nice supervisor. They both Are genuine people and caring. Matt helped us the rest of the way through the night with all the items we need. He took his time and by him being a carpenter he was able to lead us with the materials that we need for our projects in the future. Loads. You have a great staff. You chose a good group here in Hudson. I have had bad experiences at Lowe's in the state of New York. But Hudson New York Lowe's here right off of Fairview made it up for me. They were just outstanding and I suggest that all of them get a high increase in pay. Plus ownership of Lowe's may want to consider to use and Google as a survey to better equip their stores. Because the survey that you have attached to the receipts are simple and it doesn't give the customers a chance to speak on behalf of the staff.

Darren was exceptionally helpful today.
He greeted me immediately upon entering and got me a carriage, that was just the beginning... I had to write this review before I even left the parking lot!!!
He should be the definition of customer service at Lowe's 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
1ST WIN!! I told him I was looking for some bird seed for my mother in law but it had to be in a small bag she could lift. He walked me right over to where they were located.
2ND WIN!! Then I told him I needed ice melt... he showed me where it was in the doorway of the garden center and offered to carry the heavy bag out for me. However I told him I needed separate hand-held containers for mine and my daughter's porch (very hard to find, most stores are sold out). He was able to use his locator to walk me over to aisle 24, bin 9 to find a small stash that I NEVER would have found on my own.
3RD WIN!! I was walking away with two containers of the ice melt when he suggested I might want to get another one for my mother in law, OMG - YES, that was a great idea so I grabbed a 3rd one.
I had to give him a high five for probably saving me an hour of wandering around.
4TH (unexpected) WIN!! He must have seen that my car was not near a carriage return so he came out and offered to take it back for me.
I work in a customer service environment so GREATLY appreciate excellent hospitality when I see it 😀 This was an amazing experience from entry to exit!
If there is an employee recognition program at Lowe's, I hope Darren is acknowledged!!
