  The furniture is nice. I’ve bought a couple of couches from there and you definitely get what you pay for. I just bought dining room chairs and while I like them I’ve been less than impressed by the interaction with the company. It took several follow-up texts with the sales representative who “claimed” us in the store to get the chairs ordered. When I went in to pay I worked with another representative who sat and played a YouTube video on how to make pizzas while I filled out paperwork- and then left it playing so that he was watching it as he finished my paperwork. It was the most bizarre interaction. The person who managed my financing at the service desk was super friendly and helpful and the young man who delivered my chairs in a snowstorm was great. Then I contacted the salesperson because one of the chairs had a small defect. It took over a week for her to work on the issue and several clarifying texts on my part to understand that they were not replacing the chair but sending out “service” who would determine if the chair would need to be replaced. Ok? THEN the link for scheduling service never arrived so I had to follow up. I made the appointment. The day came and no one appeared. Thankfully my husband works from home so we didn’t lose time at work. I called the service number and getting through to a person was as frustrating as calling my healthcare company. Finally, the person confirmed that the had an issue with the service system and it had unexpectedly canceled a bunch of appointments. Ok. But I would receive a link in 24 hours to reschedule. Ok. I received a text 2 days later telling me I would receive a link within 24 hours. It’s been another 2 days and no link so I’ve navigated my way through the ridiculous phone system again and left another message. I really love the chairs but honestly if there was anyway I could return them and work with another company I absolutely would. The joy of having these chairs has been diminished by the amount of time I’ve had to waste just to get one small defect fixed. While the defect isn’t major the chairs were expensive and a big investment for us.

  Tim Whitney was very helpful and pleasant. He let us know all the details and helped us find the right furniture for our family. He was very thoughtful and never once made us feel like we were a bother or rushed! I would 100% shop here again if I could work with Tim.

  I had Ryan B. help me look for a new bed and recliner. I felt welcomed to be there; I felt that Ryan was very direct and honest about which bed and recliner would fit my needs. He was very respectful of giving me time and space to think about which bed and recliner to choose on my own. I would recommend Ryan B. to any customer who is unsure of what products to get. He is a good balance of information and respectful salesmanship.

  We went in to replace numerous pieces of furniture including the living room furniture, two additional rocker recliners, as well as a mattress. After smoke damage in our home. I started with the salesman, Jeff over the phone letting him know what I was looking for and what we had previously. He did a great job of picking things out and having it on the ready when I came since time was limited. He was very helpful when we came in the store and even came in on his day off when what? That was the time we could get there to finalize everything.

  I came into this furniture purchase confident in exactly one thing: that I was going to somehow mess up something- whether it be the delivery timing or furniture placement, while juggling nonstop work travel. Enter Jeff K, absolute legend. From the moment we spoke, Jeff basically flipped the world upside down, bent over backwards, and calmly untangled what felt like a logistical Rubik’s Cube. He didn’t just “help”—he owned the situation. He made the delivery happen, worked through my chaos, and even helped take care of some delivery fees that were tied to my own mess (which I fully acknowledge) Jeff was patient, solution-oriented, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out. No rushing, no attitude—just pure professionalism with a side of humanity. Every Raymour & Flanigan needs a Jeff K. And if you’re lucky enough to get him, your furniture experience just leveled up.
