- JOJohn OApr 25, 20261.0I've gone into this store looking for a specific item, and had the clerk tell me "I have that item in the back, but I can't sell it to you. You have to order it through our website." I've also gone in and they do not have any registers open that will accept cash. I've gone up to the customer service desk and been told I have to use a credit card or I can't buy anything here.

- EBErika BApr 21, 20261.0I was at Lowe’s in Highland NY today. They had a Lowe’s Deals for Garden Soil. The sign had a $2.29 then it also had another sign next to it that said buy 3 bags get 3 free. “To me that means; $2.29 a bag and if I buy 3 bags at $2.29/bag I get 3 free bags. NO!” I asked the lady working at the refund/exchanges if I can pay there because I was close to where I parked. She said “NO, because I am busy.” There was only one customer and there was another employee next to her. The other employee agreed to charge me. Thank you! I informed him of the deal and he said no. Each bag is $2.29 they deducted the price off the original amount per bag which is $4.58/bag. Nowhere on that sign said deduct off the original price. I was expecting to pay $6.87 instead I paid $13.74 plus taxes. Managers need to double check their deals before they put them on display for sales. That is false advertising. Unacceptable I have a photo of the price as they had it. I hope I’m able to post here too.

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
