- ASAdam S.Dec 21, 20251.0Newburgh location is horrible! Their inventory is never accurate. Got there at 6am to pick up 13- 3'x12' corrugated metal panels which there were supposed to be 25 on hand. There was a truck being unloaded taking up all the parking spaces in the contractor parking which is a whole separate issue. They said they couldn't get to the product which was stored outside because it was blocked in a s it would take them a bit. I was there for over an hour when they realized they didn't even have the product there. Totally ridiculous! It's like they could care less and since they are there all day they feel like you have unlimited time too.

This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a home improvement store. We spent over $3,000 on custom Bali Blinds, and two installation attempts later, we still don’t have them fully installed. First visit: the installer showed up, but Lowe’s forgot to send the screws. We had already removed our temporary blinds, and when we called to report the issue, they acted like we lost the screws. We received no apology, no accountability, and they refused to offer any credit for the temporary blinds we had to replace. Second visit: only 2 of 5 blinds could be installed. Why? Because: One window was measured incorrectly by the company Lowe’s hired. The hardware for our largest window was wrong. Now we’re waiting on a third appointment to hopefully get what we paid for. Customer service reps have been polite, but that doesn’t matter when the job isn’t done AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS. For the money we spent, this process has been completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress, go with a professional blinds company like Budget Blinds, OR go to Home Depot instead.
