    I am writing to formally complain about an extremely unpleasant experience I had while shopping at your store recently. During my visit, I was simply purchasing regular items when a salesperson approached us and repeatedly attempted to promote solar energy products. We clearly and politely stated multiple times that we were not interested and asked the salesperson to stop. However, instead of respecting our decision, the salesperson continued the promotion with increasing impatience. What was even more unacceptable was that after we firmly refused again, the salesperson used highly rude and insulting language toward us. Such behavior was disrespectful and humiliating, and it seriously affected our mood and shopping experience. As customers, we have the right to make our own purchasing decisions without being subjected to verbal abuse for declining a sales pitch. This incident raises serious concerns about your staff’s professionalism and customer service standards. I strongly urge your management to investigate this matter, take appropriate action, and provide better training to ensure that customers are treated with basic respect in the future. I expect a reasonable explanation and a formal response regarding this matter.

    Went to buy a snow blower, had limited stock purchased the item they showed as stock then came back and said inventory was incorrect asked to buy a display unit if they can sell with battery they refused saying battery is more expensive but one out of box comes with battery, seems like they did not want to sell, what happened to going above and beyond for customers?

    Don’t buy a tree at this location, they did not help assist with putting the tree on my car. They stated that they do not help assist with trees and we struggled to put it on the car ourselves. I’ve been to 2 locations in the past years where they helped us. This is the only location that stated they do not help with Christmas trees
