They help you out in anything you need but a week after moving my stuff into the facility I go in to go pick up extra clothing and a bag of toiletry. I had separated, and I see I had holes in the bag and the items inside, whatever was in a bag also had holes in it, and after looking through all my other items that I also had in bags of those bags also had holes in it so they do have mice in the facility
